Issac L. Mullen

Issac L. Mullen,79, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 10, 2020.

He was predeceased by his father, Carey Mullen; his brother, Sylvester Mullen and his beloved niece, Rosalind Renae Jones.

He is survived by his loving mother, Bertha Mullen and his sister, Bernette Mullen; his great nephews, great niece, cousins and friends who are left to cherish his memories.

Isaac was employed by Atlantic Cresole Plant in Portsmouth, VA and affiliated with Divine Baptist Church in Chesapeake,VA. Issac was a resident of Waterside Rehabilitation Center on Kempsville Road. He was a model patient and enjoyed the activity room. His eyes would brighten up when family visited him.
