Jarrod N. Bracy

Jarrod Nicholas Bracy, beloved son, brother, uncle, and nephew took his eternal flight along with his mother, Saundra A. Bracy, on June 13, 2018.  Jarrod, also called “Nick” by friends and family, was born May 10, 1994 and spent his life in the family home on Atlanta Avenue in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Jarrod will forever be missed by his sister, Chandra Bracy; nephew, Jerryl Bracy; uncle, Barry Shepard (Linda Phillips); aunts, V. Elayne Thompson, Beatrice Mantle (Brian); great aunt, Dorothy Johnson; along with a host of cousins, extended family, and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, 1 pm at New First Baptist Church Taylorsville, 2720 Turnpike Road, Portsmouth, VA  23707.  Interment will follow at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
