Arminta L. Wilson

Arminta L. Wilson, 69, of the 210 Block of Diamond Avenue, died on April 24, 2018 in Chesapeake Regional Medical Center.  She worked at Norfolk Naval Base for more than five years and was a member of Rehoboth AME Church.  She attended Norfolk State University and was a graduate of I.C. Norcom High School.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Wilson Sr.; daughter, Arnita L. Rosier (James); two sons, Darrell Landy and Eric Wilson, Jr.; two granddaughters, Breyona Debrough and Nyla Wilson; sister, Vera Davis; and a host of extended relatives and friends.  She was predeceased by her parents, Bradford and Georgia Riddick.

The funeral will be held on Monday, April 30, at 11:00 a.m. at the Rehoboth AME Church, 405 Shell Road, Chesapeake, VA. Rev. Bernard Holmes is Senior Pastor.  A Wake will be held on Sunday, April 29, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at Corprew Funeral Home, 1822 Portsmouth Blvd., Portsmouth, VA.  Viewing will also be available prior to the funeral service.  Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park in Chesapeake, VA. Condolences may be offered at the Wake or the family home.
