Richard L. Sykes

Richard Lee Sykes departed this life on February 1, 2018.  He was born on February 24, 1963 to the late Robert Sykes, Sr and the late Margaret Louise Sykes (nee Norman).  He is survived by his brothers Lloyd Sykes, Robert Sykes, Jr, Langston Sykes (Janet), and Rufus Sykes; three sisters Raeshon Sykes-Falkowski (Allan); Robin Sykes Orton, and Candice Sykes; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Thank you for all the happy memories, the cheesy jokes, the funny stories, and your unwavering acceptance.  You brought us energy, excitement, and enthusiasm.  You will forever be in our hearts and in our laughter. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018, 11 am at the Shiloh Church of Christ, Roper, NC.
