Robert Howard

Robert Howard, 66, died at VCU-Health System in Richmond, VA on Friday, December 9, 2016. He was born on February 5, 1950 in Portsmouth, VA. He attended I.C. Norcom High School and later joined the U.S. Navy. Mr. Howard affectionately called “Babe” was a very kind person to everyone he met.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory: two sisters, Barbara Howard Maxwell (Frank) and Shirley Howard Hinton (Elton); two brothers, Steve Howard and Darnell Myrick; one aunt, Ann Montague; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Friendly Howard and Rebecca Lillian Myrick.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, 11 am at Corprew Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
