Gregory D. Brown

Gregory Denell Brown (Neal), was born in Florida on June 12, 1980 to John Gregory Brown and Linda Ann Brown. He was a graduate of Western Branch High School class of 1999 and had also attended the Welding Program at Tidewater Community College. Neal was known for his laugh, his energy, and his unique yet unintentional comical approaches. Neal shared many great memories with loved ones. He was a son, a brother, a cousin, a nephew, a childhood friend and he will be greatly missed. He was predeceased by his mother, Linda Ann Brown, grandmother, Ruth M. Whitaker, and grandfather, Horace L. Whitaker. He leaves his father, John Gregory Brown, and his two younger sisters, Shaneka “Rae” Brown and Linda “Nikki” Brown and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Neal is survived by his two daughters, Tianna “Diamond” Jackson, and Jamiah “Bre” Jackson whom he loved and cherished with every piece of his heart. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016, 1:00pm at Corprew Funeral Home Chapel. The Repass will be held at his sister’s home in Portsmouth, VA immediately following the service.
