Carrie L. Blunder

Carrie Lee Blunder was born February 18, 1927 in Franklinton, NC to the late David and Leana (Williamson) Rodwell. On Tuesday, August 30, 2016 God called her to His heavenly home. She was preceded by her husband Edward I. Blunder with whom she shared 48 years of marriage, a daughter Emma Lee Bryant, a sister Lena Mae McEachin and one brother John Rodwell.

Carrie leaves to cherish her memories a daughter Eva Mae Grimes, 3 sisters, 5 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral will be held at Noble Street Baptist Church in Portsmouth on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 11:00 am. Viewing will be held on Monday, September 5, 2016 from 12 Noon to 8 pm at Corprew Funeral Home.
