Leroy Kelly

LeRoy Kelly was born in Long Island, New York to Marie Kelly and the late Roy Lee Kelly on August 12, 1962. He departed this life on July 20, 2024, at Chesapeake regional hospital in Chesapeake, VA.

LeRoy attended north Babylon High School following high School he joined the Marines. He moved to Chesapeake, VA to be closer to his parents and his son in 1994. As a hobby LeRoy liked working on computers. He met Kiesha Jenkins in 1995 and they married in 2004.

He was preceded in death by his son Thaimeek Sloan, his father, and his brother. He leaves to cherish his memory with his mother Marie Kelly, his
Three sons; Roy Kelly (Melisa Ozirus), Raashid Kelly, Justice Kelly, his only daughter; Kamilla Kelly, his two grandsons; Jaylen Anderson and Ahmari Kelly, his granddaughters; Amina Kelly, Ashanti Kelly and Safiya Stewart, his sister; Shirley Rogers and brother-in-law Eddie Rogers and a host of aunt’s nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
