Dinah Walters, 60, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, in Portsmouth, VA. She was born on May 24, 1963 in Tokyo, Japan.
She moved to the United States and was able to live in Portsmouth, Virginia where she attended IC Norcum High School. She joined the phenomenal marching band the “Mighty Mighty Greyhounds”. She played the flute! She then later graduated and was accepted into the University of George Mason.
She would later graduate with her Masters in Computer Science. Once she completed her time there she enlisted into the United States AirForce, were she would spend the next four years of service as a computer science engineer.
After completion of her time in the military she became employed with the Internal Revenue Service. She continued employment with them for 34 years.
She leaves to cherish her wonderful memories with her family.
