It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William “Otis” Jones. of Portsmouth Virginia who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Samuel and Equilla Jones, wife Gloria Jean Jones, siblings Percy, Kelvin, Timothy, Vanessa and June Jones, son in law Kenny Wayne Frazier Sr of Opelousas, LA. He is survived by his children Otisha, Tammy, Valerie and Terri, wife Annie D Jones and brother Samuel Jones Jr, sister Bernice Gaskins. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren: and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
