On Friday, September 3, 2021, William G. Smith, known as “Good Time”, departed this life in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia.
He was born January 5, 1949, to William and Lucille Smith in Norfolk, Virginia. He is preceded in death by his sister, Susie Johnson, and his parents.
William leaves behind to cherish his memories five sisters-Deloris Smith, Barbara Williams, Annie Smith, and Patricia Branscumb of Portsmouth, VA, and Tammy Eaddy of Newark, NJ; four brothers-Arthur Lee Smith of Portsmouth, VA, Larry Jones of Augusta, GA, Gregory Johnson and Leonard Kemp of Newark, NJ; aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
