Ms. Virginia Oliphant of Chesapeake died Monday, February 15, 2016. She retired from the Holiday House and was a member of Faith Deliverance Christian Center. Survivors include three children, June B. Fulford, George S. Boone, and Nita T. Boone of Portsmouth. A funeral service will be held Friday at 11 am at Faith Deliverance Christian Center in Norfolk. Public viewing will be Thursday at Corprew Funeral Home from 12-8 pm. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Chesapeake, VA.
