Vance will be laid to rest on Friday, December 12, 2014, 11 am at New Bethel Baptist Church, 4212 Greenwood Drive, Portsmouth, VA 23701. Burial will be at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Corprew Funeral Home is in charge
Early Monday morning December 8, 2014, Vance went home to be with the Lord at the age of 86.
He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife of 30 years, Malissa; one brother, Donald; 8 children, Gail (Clarence), Michelle, Dionysius (Adriane), Hernandez, Roderick, Frederick (Jenene), Cheryl and Melanie; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
