Tyreice Luvette Parker 50, of the 100th block of Alice Street, gained her heavenly wings on June 6, 2022, in Chesapeake, VA.  Born in Norfolk, VA. she was a tax accountant at H&R Block for 20 plus years.  She graduated from Deep Creek High School in 1989 and was a graduate of Old Dominion University Cum Laude in 2009.  She was a member of First Baptist Church Gilmerton, Chesapeake, VA.

 

She leaves to cherish her memories lifelong partner Uza Griffin; sons Eremias Zaid Parker, Urias Griffin Parker and Gabriel Osaze Parker all of Chesapeake; daughter Ivana Ariell Parker and bonus daughter whom she raised as her own, Adrienne Briana Parker both of Chesapeake, VA.

 

Tyreice was preceded in death by her mother the late Gwendolyn Barber Parker; and is survived by her father Tyrone Parker Sr.; brothers Tyrone Parker Jr. of Chesapeake, Jermaine Jones of Portsmouth, VA, and bonus brothers Sean Gray Sr. of Chesapeake, and Robert L. Lynch of Hampton VA.  Sister Shaunte Riddick (predeceased); Bonus older sisters Sonja Gray Lynch of Hampton VA, Timara Pittman, and younger sister Tanisha Naar both of Chesapeake.  Paternal Grandmother Ethel B. Parker of Chesapeake, she was predeceased by her paternal Grandfather Rodger L. Parker Sr. and maternal Grandmother Bessie Barber; Two Goddaughters, Tierra Pittman of Portsmouth, VA; and Brianna L. Jackson of Alexandria, VA;  Devoted maternal Aunt and mother figure DeLois Williams of Chesapeake (John); two paternal Aunts Carolyn P. Gray and Theresa D. Myers (James Sr.) of Chesapeake; Two maternal great Aunts: Catherine Slight (Charles), and Linda Copeland (Milbert) both of Chesapeake, VA;  Father figure and longtime devoted Uncle Ray Anthony Barber of Norfolk, VA; two maternal Uncles Alonzo Barber of Chesapeake, and Antonio Barber (Cindy) of Richmond, VA.  Maternal great Uncles, Henry Lee Barber Sr (Gilda) of Portsmouth VA, and Kelvin Barber of Gaithersburg, Maryland.  Three paternal Uncles; Theodore Parker of San Diego, CA (Hoa); Rodger L. Parker Jr. of Chesapeake, VA; and Patrick Parker (Gail) of Tampa, Fla.; Special cousins:  Runita Hill (Chris) of Hampton, VA.; Monique Speller (Andre) of Bowie, Maryland; and Natira Givens of Chesapeake VA. and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.
