Thelma Banks was born January 5, 1945 to Thelma Warren and Author Warren of Suffolk, VA. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1963. She was a caregiver and did housekeeping until the age of 30. After she became disabled, she was a at home mom. She attended New Mt. Nebo RZUA Church in Portsmouth, VA at an early age.
She leaves and cherish her two children; Tonita Banks and Torrence Banks. Thelma has two living siblings; Theresa Boggs and Beatrice Love. Thelma Banks has 8 grandchildren that she loved dearly; Shawn Cherry Jr., Rodshauna Wells, Roderick Wells, Rodney Wells, Rodrell Wells, David Smith, Tamara Banks and Torrence Banks. A host of nieces , nephews, great-grandchildren and friends.
The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.
