A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 3, 2016, 11 am at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, 2714 Frederick Blvd., Portsmouth, VA. Interment with military honors will be held at Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake, VA. A wake will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 3 pm to 5 pm at the funeral home.
