Regina C. Morgan, 63, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend departed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, November 21, 2019. Mrs. Morgan was a retired teacher of the Portsmouth Public System with 35 plus years of faithful service. She was a native of Portsmouth, VA. She graduated from Manor High School in 1974 and earned her Bachelor and Master’s degree from Norfolk State University. She was the widow of Donnie L. Morgan. She was a founding member of the Holy Redeemer International Church of God in Christ. She leaves behind one son, Seth J. Morgan, her beloved granddaughter, Makayla Cotton, grandson Casey Milligan, sisters, Margaret I. Woodis (Tyrone) and Betty J. Thompson, her beloved nephew and Pastor Elder Edward J Woodis and a host of nieces and nephews. There will be a viewing and memorial gathering at Corprew Funeral Home on Friday, November 29, 2019 beginning at 4 pm. A graveside service will take place on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 11 am Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Chesapeake VA.
