Peggy C. Bradley, 66, departed this life on January 15, 2019. She was born on November 21, 1952 in Portsmouth, VA to the late Samuel O. Brown and Millie Mae Brown. She was a dispatcher for Safeway Taxi for over 30 years.
She is survived by: four brothers, Eddie, Thomas, Daniel (Rosa), and Samuel Brown (Robin); and a life-long friend, James Franklin. Services will be private.
