Nathaniel Roberts, Sr., 61, went home with the Lord on June 13, 2016. Nathaniel was born January 31, 1955 in Portsmouth, VA to the late Nelson and Elizabeth Roberts. Nathaniel served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps and after his discharge drove trucks professionally. He is survived by his daughter Natalie L. Drew, son Nathaniel Roberts, Jr., sisters Bonita Roberts Matta and Dorothy Roberts Heart, brothers Johnnie Roberts and Kevin Roberts, nieces, nephews and a host of close friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10 am on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Corprew Funeral Home Chapel, 1822 Portsmouth Blvd. Portsmouth, VA 23704. Interment will be in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
