Our mission is to serve the families that place their trust in us by meeting and exceeding their expectations during a very difficult time in life, allowing the family to work through the grief process and begin the necessary healing.

Margie Patricia Gallop-Henry, also known as “Pat” or “Patricia” was born on June 7, 1951, to the late Aaron Gallop, Sr and Virginia Johnson Gallop. She departed this earthly life to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 14, 2022.
Patricia was raised in Norfolk County (later known as Chesapeake, VA) and attended school thereafter. She later attended night school at Norfolk State University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science. During the early 80’s, she worked as an Electrical Apprentice at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and retired after 30 years as a Radioactive Technician on Jan 2, 2009. In 1993, she met and married her only husband, Russell M. Henry of Texas and 3 years later had a daughter named Kierra Mecca Henry. She was also an active member of First Baptist Church of South Hill in Chesapeake, VA until her untimely death.
Patricia will be remembered as the “glue” to the family because she always put family first no matter what the situation was. Whenever you needed a hand, prayer, or someone to talk to, Aunt Patricia was always a phone call away; and she will be greatly missed. Her legacy will always be in our hearts and never forgotten.
Patricia leaves to mourn her one and only daughter, Kierra M. Henry of Portsmouth, VA; her sister, Martha A. Gallop-Ricks of Chesapeake, VA; her brother Aaron Gallop, Jr. of Chesapeake, VA and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
We love you Aunt Patricia!!!
