Lamont  V. “Monty” Johnson was born on December 11, 1979 and unexpectedly passed on July 31, 2020 at Maryview Medical Center at the age of 40.  “Monty” attended Portsmouth Public Schools and graduated from I.C. Lamont was well known in the community where he began to explore the art of doing tattoos. He was a local “fan-fav” and enjoyed expressing his many talents. He loved to joke and make people laugh. His smile will truly be missed. May you rest peacefully within the arms and home of our Heavenly Father.
