Jeffery Oneal Bryant made his final transition to be in the presence of God on Good Friday, April 7, 2023, at 4:22pm in Portsmouth VA.
He was born in Portsmouth VA on September 22, 1966, to parents Hertford Bryant Sr and Louise D Bryant, both deceased. Preceded in his death, Brother Jerry Bryant and sister Angela Bryant.
Left to continue his legacy are his children, brothers: Hertford Bryant, Stanley Bryant (Kenya) sister Theresa Hines (Wayne), A host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Jeffery will truly be missed by his family and friends; he was truly the type of person that you could call on for help at any time of the day or night and rest assured he was on his way to help.
