Ida Marie Sessoms Watts entered this life on Feb. 8, 1941 in Portsmouth, VA. She was born to Sidney and Annie Bell Sessoms. Ida departed this life on November 22, 2017 in Minneapolis, MN.
Ida was preceded in death by her husband, Julee Watts; her parents Sidney and Annie Bell Sessoms; siblings, Sidney, Gary and Mazer (Bradley) Sessoms. She is survived by her son Marvin Watts of Kentucky and her daughter, Stephanie Watts of Minnesota; siblings Annie Lee (Harold) Bashay, Peggy (Albert) Bell, Ray Sessoms all of Virginia.
A wake service will take place from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Corprew Funeral Home, 1822 Portsmouth Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23704. Burial will be at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, 4569 Shoulders Hill Rd., Suffolk, VA 23435 on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 11:00 am. Family will be receiving guests all day Tues., Nov. 28th at 900 Clay St., Portsmouth VA.
