A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017, 11 am at Providence A.M.E. Zion Church, 1141 Mt. Vernon Avenue, Portsmouth, VA 23707. Interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Portsmouth, VA.
