David Wayne Gooden, 44, departed this life on June 16, 2017. Viewing will be held at Corprew Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, from 12 Noon to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017, 11 am at Corprew Funeral Home Chapel, 1822 Portsmouth Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23704. Interment with military honors will be at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Rd., Suffolk, VA 23434.
