Bennie Mills Jr of 3473 Chesapeake Blvd, Norfolk, Virginia departed this life Tuesday, April 18, 2023 in the comfort of his loving home.
Bennie was educated in the Portsmouth Public School system and was employed at a major car dealership for 5 years, and the Virginia Pilot for several years. Bennie was a loving, faithful and dedicated individual. Someone who enjoyed family time and loved anyone who was important to him.
He is predeceased by his grandmother Louise Copeland; His grandfather Elsworth Copeland; His parents Patricia and Bennie Mills; His uncles Terrance Copeland, Elsworth Copeland Jr and Gustavus Copeland.
Bennie leaves to cherish the memory of his smiling and loving spirit, his very special friend Patricia Loundes; one sister, Dana L. Harris (Chris) of Norfolk; one brother, Chuck Mills (Renita) of Georgia; four aunts Brenda C. Whaley (Carver, Sr.), Jane Copeland and Rhonda Hatch, all of Portsmouth, and Jawanda Baker of New York City; three uncles Quinton, Charles and James Copeland, all of Portsmouth, Virginia; four nieces Shannika Johnson ( Earl), Monique Georges (Austin), Maiya and Grace Mills; two nephews Chuck Mills Jr.(Marian) & Stephen Mills; four great nieces and nephews Aryana and Jailen Thompson, Kendall and Kennedi Johnson.
