Ann L. Kelley, 75, departed this life on March 29, 2017. She was born on November 3, 1941 in Portsmouth, VA to the late John Wesley Miles and Lillie Mae Riddick. She attended Portsmouth Public Schools and was employed as a nurse for 30 years until her health declined. She was preceded in death by a son, Reginald Riddick; two sisters, Jean Williams and Shirley Mitchell; and two brothers John Riddick and Larry Miles.
Ann leaves to cherish her memories: three daughters, Velmeta Riddick of Portsmouth, Carol Miller of Norfolk and Tammy Delbridge of Portsmouth; three sons, Maurice Law and John Law both of Portsmouth, and Dondrell Lewis; 15 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren; five sisters, Zonia Butler (Gabriel) of Somersville, SC, Marilyn Riddick, Shirley Taylor, Geneva Hinton, and Juliette Henderson all of Portsmouth; three brothers, Don Riddick, Maurice Riddick (Renee) and John Miles Jr. all of Portsmouth; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, 1 pm at Corprew Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 3rd from 7 pm to 8 pm.
